Of the many things Piper has learned from Hero, Fetch is her new favorite. She delivers her ball to us, goes running away, squeals as soon as the ball is thrown, and gleefully brings it back to start the game over again.
For Piper and for us, it never gets old.
When Grampa dropped in to visit Piper and me while I was there on Friday, she had great fun with Bub playing ball with her. He'd roll it and she'd run and fetch the ball. I never thought of it as a carry-over from Hero chasing his ball. So, he has taught her something!
