Color?

One of Piper's favorite activities is sitting on the floor and coloring in her coloring book. But, this weekend, when Mom laid down on the floor to help color a picture, Piper discovered that lying on your tummy and coloring is even better than sitting and coloring! She quickly adopted this position as the cool way to color. She now requests "Color?" whenever we're in her playroom and insists that you get prone to help with the project.

Piper's first haircut

As you'll recall, Piper didn't come into the world with much hair on her head. What hair she did have was concentrated in a spike on the top of her head and a mullet in the back. Eighteen months later, the mullet has grown beautifully.

We decided it was time for Piper's first haircut, and that it was best left to professionals.

Piper was not terribly enthused about the project, but decided it was tolerable once the receptionist started blowing bubbles.

She did not appreciate the purple ribbon as a finishing touch.

Once she was home with a snack, all was well.
